4-acre garden laid out at the beginning of the 18th century in the Versailles style with formal planting of avenues and bosquets. Pleached lime walk, walled kitchen garden, herbaceous borders, water garden. National Gardens Scheme Adm £3 (children free), no dogs please. Teas, plants
